Insider Trading
Insider trading is about following the smart money. You can see what trades the top officers of a corporation make and also see what other boards they are on and companies that they own a 10% stake or more. The information is available here at the sec : http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html All you need to do is type in the company stock symbol and then look for the insider trading link.
Please note that these are not illegal trades. It is required by law for the top officers to disclose their large trades.
